Baskat is an online marketplace where consumers can form groups to bargain and buy their favourite car at a much lower price. Once the customer makes us aware of their interest in the make and model via Baskat, we attract like-minded people to join the group by using digital marketing techniques. When the group is formed, we then liaise with dealers for the best price. Since it is a group sale, dealers will provide a better price, thus the customer will get benefitted. Baskat also uses the proprietary algorithm as well as big data for lead vetting and lead assurance which helps dealer’s productivity. Once the customers are happy with the price, we then pass the customer lead to the dealers. Dealers will eventually contact the customers for the paperwork and once the car is sold, dealers pay a fixed price to Baskat, for each successful lead converted.
